For Lord’s Day 112011

Before the pre-Lord’s Day meditation, let me share with one and all my dream Bible–yes, I have a dream, and I have a Bible in my dream, that makes it my dream Bible–something I hope to get in the near future (my beloved M willing). And by “get” I don’t mean purchase; I mean I wish somebody would give me one. (Smiles)

Before you see my much coveted ESV Goatskin Bible, please detour to J. Mark Bertrand’s blog for some words about the said Bible. You can find his review by clicking on the link below.

And this is the Bible he reviewed, and which I’m drooling over.

Now for our pre-Lord’s Day meditation…taken from the last psalm.

Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens! Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his excellent greatness! Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp! Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe! Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!
